Manufacturing of Corrugated Cardboard

Product Structure

Corrugated cardboard consists of linerboard plate and wavy corrugated medium paper. Three plies of top, middle, and bottom are laminated together. Each layer’s raw material mix and density decide the type of paper.

Structure of corrugated cardboard box product (3-ply lamination) Liner board (top), corrugated medium paper (middle), and liner board (bottom) are laminated in 3 layers. The height of the lamination is called the height of corrugation (mm). One corrugation is 1 pitch per interval of corrugated medium paper.
